These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Endpoints AI platform, operated by Namish Saxena & Devesh Johri (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

1. About Endpoints AI

Endpoints AI is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate code and documentation using natural language interactions. The platform is currently offered free of charge, requiring users to integrate their own Large Language Model (LLM) API keys.

2. User Accounts

  • Users are required to sign up using their GitHub accounts.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted under your account.
  • By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to:

  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or engage in illegal activities while using the platform.

4. Third-Party Integrations

  • Endpoints AI supports integration with third-party APIs, such as OpenAI API or other LLMs.
  • We disclaim all responsibility for issues caused by these integrations, including, but not limited to, service interruptions, inaccuracies, or unexpected outcomes.

5. Alpha Release Disclaimer

  • Endpoints AI is currently in its alpha stage, which means features are experimental and may change without prior notice.
  • The generated code should not be used in production without proper testing. We are not liable for any issues arising from its use.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Data loss or corruption.
    • Issues arising from third-party integrations.
    • Any consequences of bugs, errors, or incorrect functionality.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • We collect and store:
    • Account information provided by GitHub.
    • User interactions (chats) with the platform.
    • Project-related data, such as project name, description, service details, and documentation.
  • We do not share your data with third parties.
  • Users can deactivate or delete their accounts and all associated data at any time.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Termination may also occur due to inactivity or misuse of the platform.

9. Updates to Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, within the European Union (EU).
  • Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, or in the courts of Germany if necessary.

11. Reporting Issues

  • Users can report issues, bugs, or suggest new features via our GitHub repository.
